The basement is finished. We've enjoyed the Family Room watching our favorite television shows and enjoying the pond with the sound of the waterfall just outside the sliding glass door. The laundry room is practical with a pocket door, folding surface, wire shelving and built-in ironing board. The 3rd bathroom is adjacent to the laundry room and has a tub/shower. Instead, we have a dry creek bed, a small pond with waterfall, lots of trees, perennials and a small raised garden bed and more.
