Wood floors in most of the house. Open kitchen/laundry combination, and spacious living room. Work shop/storage area in the basement. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but septic is rated for 2 bedrooms. Paved, county maintained road almost to the door - a couple of hundred feet of privately maintained road to the house. Home needs some work, and is being sold as is, but price reflects condition. Termites were discovered and treated, vapor barrier installed in the crawl space, and some damage to floor joists has been contracted and scheduled for repair. Also, the deck outside the master bedroom is being repaired, and chimney should be checked before using - see disclosure stmt. Please do not go onto the deck until repairs have been completed. Private and peaceful, with a wonderful mountain view, yet only 15- 20 minutes to Sylva and Dillsboro. 20 minutes to WCU campus. Road maintenance fee is $200/yr., and shared well cost is $150/yr.
