About This Home

As of December 2017

This renovated house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a "green buffer" in the back of the lot. The house was damaged by the tornado that came through that northeastern part of Pensacola in early 2016. In the renovation, the roof was replaced along with the exterior garage wall. A new garage door was installed along with a new garage door opener. The kitchen was reworked and the laminate flooring was installed. A new water heater was also installed. The back yard was reworked with the tree stumps and roots being removed and grass sod patches being put down. The house was repainted throughout. The final work was completed in 2017.
