Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a sofa and a futon, which flows into the dining space. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The bedroom offers two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom for your comfort.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This is a pet friendly home, and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This house is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The area is known for its well-kept homes and tree-lined streets, providing a serene environment while remaining close to local amenities. Residents enjoy easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and recreational areas, with Midtown and downtown Columbus just a short drive away. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged. Shared spaces with the main house include the driveway and the backyard.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
