No smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks; an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the beauty of the dark skies. Drive slowly in the neighborhood to respect children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home, and no fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
