REDUCED again AND FOR THIS KIND OF MONEY, YOU COULD USE THIS AS A BASE CAMP for hunting, using Higley Flow State Park and all the trails and waterways of the nearby Adirondacks. This home is an estate and hasn't been lived in for 2-3 years. It seems to be a house that grew in stages. In its last stages a nice office room was created on back (could be a bedroom) and a 3 car garage with two additions off that (workshop room and storage room). Most flooring needs to be replaced. Appliances need replacing. There is an updated full bath on main level as well as a half bath off the kitchen which has the dryer in it. The washer hookup(machine is gone) is in a room on the main level which must have been a bedroom at some point. The 2nd story has 2 bedrooms ; one does not have a door. The location near Higley Flow State Park entrance is great. There two tanks in the garage that we think they held kerosene for the two monitor style heaters.There is one in living room; other is inbackroom which was the office(potential bedroom) At this time water and electricty are off. Property will be sold in as in condition. MANY possibilities from renovating the house to building new or putting a mfg home there. Garage with its additions as well as the additional outbuildings are basically good. Was and can be a good home. Great location and lot!
