Guests must check-in online using the virtual front desk at least three days prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access are provided after the check-in and lodging agreement are complete and information is verified. The minimum age to book is 21 years old, and age will be verified after booking. A valid credit card for identity verification and a government-issued photo ID are required. A live selfie may also be requested.
