The property is equipped with 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras and a device that monitors the environment inside the property, including noise levels, temperature, and motion. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., no parties allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge, and no unplugging or tampering with any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay, and all pets must be declared. Undeclared pets, including ESAs, will incur a $200 fee per pet.
