This property comprises two separate units with individual entrances. The upper unit serves as a vacation home and can be accessed through the front door on the porch. Guests staying in the upstairs vacation rental enjoy exclusive use of the outside yard, decks, and hot tub. As you step inside from the covered front porch, you'll immediately feel the warmth and comfort of this well-appointed vacation home. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished, providing a cozy ambiance where you can unwind after a day of exploration. The large windows allow for ample natural light and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or take your meals outside to the back porch where a convenient BBQ awaits. Indulge in mouthwatering grilled delights as you soak up the fresh mountain air and take in the serene atmosphere. After a day of outdoor adventures, there's no better way to relax than by slipping into the soothing waters of the private hot tub. Let the bubbling jets melt away your stress as you admire the starry night sky overhead. The tranquil and private fenced yard provides a perfect setting for outdoor activities or a peaceful morning coffee.
The lower unit is occupied by a long-term tenant who has access to the garage for their vehicles and storage needs. However, they do not have permission to use the yard or decks, those are reserved for our vacation guests.
During the winter months, this home is a dream for snow enthusiasts. With quick access to both the Grand Targhee Resort and Jackson Hole, you'll have a range of options for skiing, snowboarding, and other winter activities. In the summer, our central location makes it an ideal home base for exploring two of America's most iconic national parks: Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Driggs, a charming town in its own right, offers a variety of dining options, boutique shops, and cultural attractions to enhance your vacation experience. Distances to National Parks include Yellowstone - West Entrance at 1 hr 36 min (89.6 miles), Yellowstone - South Entrance at 2 hr 5 min (91.7 miles), and Grand Teton at 59 min (39.3 miles). Distances to Ski Resorts include Grand Targhee Ski and Summer Resort at 22 min (11.0 miles) and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at 52 min (35.7 miles). Distances to Regional Airports include Idaho Falls, ID (IDA) at 1 hr 17 min (74.7 miles), Jackson, WY (JAC) at 1 hr 6 min (43.8 miles), and Bozeman, MT (BZN) at 3 hr 26 min (186 miles). The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, so please be respectful to our neighbors. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. No smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. If any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Please turn all exterior lights off at night to appreciate the dark skies. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home and no fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. All guests must clean off in the shower or bath before every use of the hot tub. Do not get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine for smoking, vaping, or marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
A laptop computer is not included.
