House-trained pets are welcome with a $120 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests.

A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations, but outdoor smoking is allowed with proper disposal of cigarette butts. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night could incur additional fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Any violation of house rules could result in reservation cancellation without refund and loss of deposit.
