The rooms are on the opposite side of the home from the Master and down the hall off the shared Family Room and Kitchen which are located centrally. The rent includes (street), washer-dryer privileges, and kitchen access (there are 2 refrigerators one in the kitchen and a second one in the garage). The kitchen is fully equipped and you have access to housewares. There is heating and air-conditioning, but I generally do not run either unless we have an extreme weather event. You are welcome to run a fan in your room. PORTABLE HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR SAFFETY PURPOSES. THINGS TO KNOW: 1. Once a month a housekeeping team deep cleans all common areas-kitchen, baths, hallways, living and family rooms. You clean your room. Please plan to accommodate the cleaning ladies generally from 8:30 AM - 2 PM on their confirmed appointment date. 2. I work at home 4 out of 5 days a week generally from 7:30 AM- 5:00 PM. My work station is in the Living Room. On the day I work in an office, the dog is secure in my room. 3. Quiet Hours start at 10 PM and end at sunrise. 4. No one likes waking up to a messy kitchen. Please clean up at night before retiring for the evening. 5. There is a curious and communicative dog on the premises, he is a 9 year-old Wheaten Terrier and he will want to snuggle with you and roll on your bed if your door isn't closed.
