Jeffrey Place

Jeffrey Place is a beautiful community with a quiet location, off street parking and limited access to the building. We are currently taking applications for available one-bedroom apartments for individuals who are 62 years of age and older or are handicapped. Rent is calculated based on 30% of your gross annual income minus any allowable deductions. Some of the reasons you will love Jeffrey Place are: caring, dedicated staff including manager, maintenance and service coordinator, 24-hour on call maintenance for emergencies, community space for our residents to enjoy and socialize with their neighbors, monthly activities and/or information sessions. Office hours are: 9 am to 1 pm Monday through Friday. Pets are permitted as such: 1 cat or 1 dog must be under 25 pounds and you must pay a refundable pet deposit.
