Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure, and all doors and windows should be locked before leaving the home. No pets are allowed without prior approval. There are two other cottages on the property, and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property. We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying, and strict adherence to house rules is necessary to avoid fines and potential eviction.
