Recently updated, this charming gem features a brand-new kitchen, chic bathroom, stylish flooring, fresh paint, and cozy furniture. Step inside to discover a bright, airy space adorned with modern furnishings and all the comforts of home. The first bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen-size beds. The master bedroom comes with its own smart TV for relaxing nights in. Stay entertained and connected with Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the cottage. For added convenience, there’s a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Guests will have access to the whole home. Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay.
Situated just east of Sunset Cliffs Blvd, you’re a breezy stroll away from vibrant restaurants, charming shops, and the stunning beach at the end of Newport Ave. Ocean Beach is a charming coastal gem adored by locals and visitors alike, embodying the quintessential Southern California experience with its laid-back, vintage vibe. Spend your days riding the waves at surf-friendly jetties, basking in the sun along the picturesque pier, or exploring an eclectic mix of surf shops, taco stands, and antique malls. Nestled between the scenic San Diego River and the rolling hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is a haven for surfers, swimmers, sunbathers, and even four-legged friends.
There are two other cottages on the property, and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 10:00. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. No pets allowed without prior approval.
