I was told it is beneath the LR floor in 3 bedroom unit. This property was left in shambles. Estate is located in Maryland-has to be sold "as is." Ranch side appears to be "Newer" on a slab with electric heat. Also there has been a leak in roof causing insulation and boards to be wet-so, probably has to be removed. Projected rent, in my opinion, would be approx. $800-900 for ranch, and $1200-1300 for 3 bedroom, after they are cleaned and fixed up. Has to be sold cash-please get it inspected. Estate knows nothing about it. Separate Driveways, and entrances-both have doorwalls to exterior.
