Guests share the outdoor yard, which includes plenty of chill spots to relax, an herb garden, a hot tub to unwind after a day of exploring, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The home has an eclectic, artsy, thrift-shop style.
Early check-in, late check-out, pack 'n play crib, beach wagon, surf/boogie boards, pet policy, and car rentals are available. There is a $100 fee per pet per stay. Parking in the back may be available for one vehicle.

The exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio for the safety and security of guests and neighbors. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is allowed. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc. is allowed (fees will apply). For garbage disposal, do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. The hot tub and yard are shared with others on the property.
