It is only a 50 minute drive to St Petersburg and Clearwater beaches! It is only 1.5 hrs from Orlando. The utilities, the maintenance both inside and outside, all of the amenities,pest control, property management, and security are all taken care of for you! You get to enjoy this facility 45 days of the year and the other 320 days the units are rented out to vacationers and conventioners by the resort. Every quarter, the money for that cluster that has been made by renting them out gets split 55% to the resort and 45% to the owners of the units in each cluster. It is then dispersed accordingly.
