We are a Class A and Super C resort located in Webster FL approximately an hour from both Orlando and Tampa.  All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups.  We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort.
 Ownership has fully deeded lots so each lot has its own unique mailing address.  Mail can be received by USPS at each individual’s box in the mailroom at the clubhouse or through delivery companies such as UPS and FedEx directly to your site.
 POA dues are $640/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at dumpster, water, sewer, and access to our 20,000 sq ft clubhouse and pool.  Electric is metered individually to each owner.
The clubhouse features a laundry room, fitness center, library, and office area with free wi-fi, craft room, a billiard room. The Grande room is great for entertainment and pot-luck dinners.
 You can take part in all the activities here, playing pickleball on our new courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, doing arts and craft, line dancing, quilting and playing cards.  There is always something to do.
