The #11 and #215 bus lines nearby connect you to downtown and the beach, and street parking is free and usually easy to find.
The neighborhood is peaceful, perfect for relaxing or exploring San Diego on foot. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Trash and recycle bins are located on the side of the home. The mini-split system for A/C and heat is controlled via remote. The smart TV includes streaming apps, but please log in with your own accounts.
