The stairs are 10 steps and a landing so they are not bad at all. The furniture is very nice and once you see it the quality, it is apparent. The coordination of colors in the den is very impressive. One of your favorite places will be the balcony. You can sit out here and enjoy a morning cup of your favorite beverage while watching the ocean as it ebbs and flows...very relaxing. Nothing like it!! With the exception of a few personal items, the unit is being sold fully furnished so all you have to do is walk in and make yourself at home. The A/C and the water heater are new. This is always one of the first questions a buyer will ask because replacing these units can be an unexpected expense. At this price you will not find a nicer place on the beach with an ocean view.
