The Peacock Place combines modern elegance with family comfort, offering ample space for both relaxation and gathering. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for preparing meals and spending quality time together. Key features include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms each with a queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, smart TVs in every bedroom, a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, a heated swimming pool with screened-in enclosure, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Pets are allowed with a fee of $100 per pet per stay or per month for stays longer than 28 days. Pool heating is available upon request during colder months. Permits for professional video or photography can be requested for an additional fee.
Located in Tampa’s charming Wellswood neighborhood, The Peacock Place offers a quiet retreat while being just minutes from the excitement of Central Tampa. For families, some of Tampa’s top attractions are easily accessible, including ZooTampa at Lowry Park, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, The Florida Aquarium, Glazer Children’s Museum, and Adventure Island Water Park. The neighborhood’s iconic free-roaming peacocks add to the unique charm of this upscale community. Plus, families will appreciate the proximity to dining, shopping, and kid-friendly attractions.
Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited, with a designated outdoor smoking area located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Unfortunately, cats are not accepted due to allergies, and a maximum of two house-trained, groomed pets are welcome with prior notification. Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees. Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited, and only designated parking areas should be used. Upon booking, you will receive a link to a secure Guest Check-In Form, which must be completed prior to check-in to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests should be made in advance, though availability is not guaranteed. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for safety. Guests are responsible for locking all windows and doors when leaving the property. Trash sorting is required, and valet trash service is provided. Allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve any reported issues or missing amenities. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, and additional guests require prior contact. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Illegal activities, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Pool rules include no lifeguard on duty, swimming at your own risk, and children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Food, drinks, glass, and pets are not allowed in the pool. Safety precautions include not running, diving, or smoking around the pool, not using the pool during lightning storms, and not urinating in the pool. Guests are not permitted to use or add any chemicals to the pool. AC usage should be maintained between 68-80°F, and setting the AC below 68°F may cause issues and incur additional technician fees. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients, though a starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided. Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied, so please let us know in advance if they are needed. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund. Report any damages or incidents promptly for a smooth stay.
