No parties or events are allowed, and quiet time is after 9 pm. No firearms are allowed, and no unregistered guests are permitted. No smoking is allowed, not even 420, and any smoking must be 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of one pet 50 pounds or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pets. Check-out time is 12 pm sharp, and furniture must be returned to its original location upon check-out to avoid a $50 furniture fee. Any damages will be billed to the guest. Upon booking confirmation, the primary adult guest must send a photo of ID (just the front is required) per the building's security rules. Guests can receive packages but do not have access to the mailbox. Contact us for a forwarding address where mail is okay to be received.
