Every stay includes exclusive access to an off-site wellness retreat valued at $200 per day. There is gated parking in the back of the property for guests, limited to one vehicle behind the gate. If you have a visitor, please have them utilize street parking. NO PETS unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of 1 pet 50 pounds or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pet(s).

Located on one of the most famous streets in Dallas, Swiss Avenue is a quick ride to Downtown Dallas and lined with multi-million dollar historic mansions.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties or events are allowed. No smoking is permitted on the premises, not even 420, and any smoking must be 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pet(s). Check-out time is 12 PM sharp, just like a hotel. Please do not move furniture around; if furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out, there will be an additional $50 furniture fee charged. Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the platform you booked on. Upon confirmation of booking, the primary adult guest must send over a photo of ID (just the front is required) as per the building's security rules.
