New attic stairway and work bench. Previous owner replaced the hot water heater in 2017 and current owners added a watts hot water recirculating system pump to it. Dryer outlet was replaced with a metal hose and a new exhaust fan was added in the laundry room with a timer. Exhaust timers were added to both interior bathrooms for the exhaust fan, new ceiling fans, all outlet covers replaced, LED bulbs replaced on accessible ceiling lights, new carpets in the bedrooms, new pool timer. Home Warranty good through November 2021. Per previous seller, pool was resurfaced in 2007, new pool pump & heater in 2013, septic pump in 2016, new water heater in 2017 & pool lanai rebraced in 2020.
