Large main floor utility room with plenty of storage and an enclosed entry to keep the weather out and warm air inside. Wood flooring in the LR and main floor bedrooms is in nice shape. The enclosure between the front door and living area could be removed to make the front entry a larger and inv iting place to greet friends and family.
