This beautifully designed suite features a murphy bed, a hot top for cooking, a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dining table for 2, and beach gear for guest use. For entertainment, there is a ROKU TV and a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets. The bathroom has a walk-in, tiled shower, a toilet, and a fish bowl sink. Spa soap is included.
The suite has beautiful water views and direct pool access. Cafes, restaurants, and bars are right outside the resort. Everything is walkable in this beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants.
The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, there is a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Regular pest treatment is in place, but it is common to see pests due to heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. No refunds are offered for pest sightings, but prompt assistance is available if needed. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If there is a lockout outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
