The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, full fridge, coffee maker, and microwave, along with all necessary cooking supplies. The bathroom includes a walk-in tiled shower, and towels and linens are provided.

Nestled on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, the suite is just two blocks from the beach and offers views of the channel. The neighborhood is vibrant with cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutique stores, all within walking distance, making it easy to explore without a car.
Construction is ongoing in the bottom units, including downstairs doors and bathrooms, which are not accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during weekday daytime hours until September 30, 2025. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST, with fees applicable for unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. No parties are allowed, and smoking is prohibited with a $250 penalty for violations. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. A digital rental agreement and ID verification are required for booking completion.
The suite does not include a dedicated home office set-up, but Wi-Fi is available for remote work needs.
