This 960 sqft suite features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing a quiet atmosphere with abundant sunlight. Enjoy the heated pool with a stunning water view and a large living area equipped with a Smart TV. Free parking is available, and laundry facilities are on-site.
This beautiful 2-bedroom suite comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The open living area offers a great view, and the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the guest room features a queen bed. Additionally, there is a queen pull-out sofa. The full kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a coffee maker, and a microwave. A dining table for six is also provided.
Parking is on-site and included in your stay. The resort fee usually covers the cost of providing certain amenities such as the pool, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other property maintenance costs. Please note that fees may not be included in the total when booking through third-party platforms, and we reserve the right to collect these fees separately if they are not reflected in the initial booking total.
Situated in a beachside neighborhood, this apartment is surrounded by bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants, all within walking distance. Clearwater Beach is right across the street, making it easy to enjoy the local attractions without needing a car.
The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction, which may result in some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. No parties are allowed at any time, and a $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected inside the rental. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both us and the resort. Please ensure the parking pass is visible on your vehicle's dashboard. The balcony is shared with your neighbor, and regular precautions should be practiced. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services on the Smart TV.
Regular pest treatment is in place, but sightings of cockroaches, ants, and spiders are common due to the heat. No refunds are offered for pest sightings, but prompt assistance is available if needed.
