Over the last several years I have been invited into countless homes in this community. Several that have been reborn and others that are waiting for their opportunity but this home, well, it took my breath away! No detail large or small was overlooked. The community was well ahead of it’s time with large open great room floor plans under soaring ceilings and most on generous lots with a sparkling lake views. This is no exception and is perfection in every way. Large oversize tile runs on the diagonal starting at the front porch and continues through the entirety of the home. My pictures do not do this home justice and no matter what I say it will come up short of the reality of seeing this pretty home in person. The community is very social and friendly and the living is easy with the lawns and irrigation fully managed and beautifully maintained. It is just a few minutes to the historic downtown area, several white sand beaches and the legacy trail. Nothing is missing but you.
