Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.
Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, and South Pointe Park Pier. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only, and the schedule may vary due to ongoing exterior building maintenance. Some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
