Valet parking is available at the building at hourly rates with no in/out privileges. On-site self-parking garage rates are 0–1 hour for $13, 1–4 hours for $24, 4–10 hours for $30, and 10–24 hours for $50 plus tax. Nearby parking is also available for $35 per day (cash only). A pack and play, high chair, and rollaway bed are available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Located in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, connecting you to Downtown and the Arts District.
Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Friday–Sunday only. Starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pets are not permitted, not even emotional support dogs. [SI]
