Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for standard hourly rates. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, and daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.

Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and a penalty of $500 applies for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Pets must be well-trained and not left unattended unless crated, with a maximum of one pet per unit.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, with trash disposed of properly. Infrequent cases of extreme uncleanliness may incur an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500. The apartment's toilets are effective but may clog if improper materials are flushed, potentially resulting in a $150 charge for plumbing issues.

Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay.

Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.

Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)

Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day.
