This spacious apartment spans 1386 square feet and features a king-size bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed. It includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-end toiletries for your comfort.
Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available for $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can also be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.
Ideally located, this apartment offers easy access to Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades.
Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Pets must be well-trained and not left unattended unless crated.
A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can work comfortably from home.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.

Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
