The apartment features a king-size bed, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer and high-end toiletries. Guests have access to a 300-ft resort-style pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center, eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, cold plunge and on-site restaurants: Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, 15th & Vine. There is a 24/7 front desk.
On-site valet services are available: overnight valet is $75/day (+$3 gratuity) and includes in-and-out privileges with payment required upfront for the entire stay; hourly / regular valet is $50 (+$3 gratuity) at a standard hourly rate, with no in-and-out privileges. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM.
This apartment is near Brickell City Centre (3 min), Wholefoods (4 min), Wynwood Walls (15 min), South Beach & Miami Beach (15 min), Ocean Drive & South Pointe Park Pier (15 min), Bayside Marketplace (5 min), Bayfront Park (7 min), Kaseya Arena (9 min), Adrienne Arsht Center (5 min), Little Havana (10 min), Miami Circle Park (2 min) and Everglades (40 min).
Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please, refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition and take out the trash before departure. In the case of smoking or parties in the unit, a penalty of $500 will be applied. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive and should not exhibit aggressive behavior towards other guests or animals. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment unless they are crated. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets both inside the apartment and in common areas of the property. [SI]
