A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay.

A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. In the case of smoking or parties in the apartment, a penalty of $500 will be applied.
