Hourly / Regular Valet is $50 (+$3 gratuity) at the standard hourly rate, with no in-and-out privileges. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay.
Located steps away from Brickell City Centre, this apartment is near Wholefoods (4 min), Wynwood Walls (15 min), South Beach & Miami Beach (15 min), Ocean Drive & South Pointe Park Pier (15 min), Bayside Marketplace (5 min), Bayfront Park (7 min), Kaseya Arena (9 min), Adrienne Arsht Center (5 min), Little Havana (10 min), Miami Circle Park (2 min), and Everglades (40 min).
Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Refrain from dyeing your hair while in the apartment to avoid accidents. Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. In the case of smoking or parties in the apartment, a penalty of $500 will be applied.

Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday).

Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay.

Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
