This studio apartment offers resort-style amenities, including a 300-ft pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, and a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center. On-site dining options include Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine. The apartment is equipped with a queen bed, a futon for a child, an in-unit washer/dryer, and high-end toiletries.
Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.
Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is just steps away from Brickell City Centre and a short drive to popular destinations such as Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Miami Beach. Nearby attractions include Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades.
Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool is available on weekends only from Friday to Sunday starting July 25, 2025. Studios receive 2 adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets must be well-trained and not left unattended unless crated. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and excessive cleaning may incur an extra fee of $150 to $500.
