Studios receive 2 adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets must be well-trained and not left unattended unless crated. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and excessive cleaning may incur an extra fee of $150 to $500.
