There may be some noise during your stay due to nearby construction. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth transition between guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an associated fee. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges may apply if personal items are left behind. Personal items should not be left on the patio. Mail or packages should not be delivered to the home during your stay, as we cannot retrieve them on your behalf.
