There may be some noise during your stay due to nearby construction. No pets are allowed in this vacation rental. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and present for the entirety of the reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Please do not leave any personal items on the patio. Fireworks are not allowed. Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. We do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property, so please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home during your stay, as we cannot retrieve them on your behalf. The maximum number of guests is 2 and is non-negotiable due to the fire code. Please note that the hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
