No pets are allowed at this vacation rental, and smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not leave any personal items on the balcony, as additional charges may apply if items are left behind. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season, but proactive measures are taken to manage them. Please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings, to help keep them outside. A laptop computer is not included.
