The maximum number of guests is four due to fire code regulations. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not leave any personal items on the balcony. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, contact us.
