The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk to Downtown and the Convention Center, a 7-10 minute walk to Rainey Street, and a 10-15 minute walk to East 6th Street. Fiesta Gardens and Ladybird Johnson Lake are just a 5-10 minute walk away, while the UT Football Stadium is a 10-minute drive. Located 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas (COTA), this property is the perfect home base for Formula 1 fans and attendees of major events who also want to experience the vibrant Austin life.
There may be some noise during your stay due to nearby construction. The maximum number of guests is 4 and is non-negotiable due to fire code. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and be present for the entirety of the reservation. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. They are completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
