Landlord will be improving the exterior of the property and will clean up the backyard so that tenants can enjoy an outdoor space when the weather permits. Currently there is no tenant access to the basement. Landlord will consider pets on an individual basis but would prefer dogs (no aggressive breeds, please) rather than cats. No smoking or vaping in the apartment, and no subletting rooms. All adults, 18 years or older, must provide credit, housing and criminal background check, copy of driver's license, last 2 paystubs, and references. All tenants must carry renter’s insurance with at least $100,000 liability. Landlord will provide equipment & a rent credit if tenant wants to handle snow removal.
