The cabin is located up a mountain road, and four-wheel drive is required during the winter months for safe access. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage reported before check-out.
