Escape to this cozy cabin, featuring a grand fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious open-concept living area. The back porch is perfect for family gatherings, while the newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer make for a convenient stay. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for 8, it’s the ideal retreat located less than 20 minutes from downtown and Fort Moore.
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find an open living space with vaulted ceilings. This room is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a SmartTV. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen and formal dining rooms are off the living room to the right. To the left is a hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second has a full bed, and the third has a full bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. Both full bathrooms have a shower/tub combination. Enjoy beautiful views of the wooded ravine off the back porch. The backyard is fenced.
A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $50 fee per pet. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood perfect for families traveling into the area. It is very quiet and safe, but also very close to several restaurants and shopping, as well as to the main thoroughfares that take you downtown Columbus and to Fort Moore. You will need a car or will need to call a cab or Uber, because this is a residential neighborhood with no public transportation.
The house has a digital combo lock pad. You will be provided with the code upon check-in. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
