The condo also features a high-end water/fog cooling system that can lower temperatures by up to 20 degrees, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment. Starter supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and coffee are provided for your convenience.
Every stay includes exclusive access to an off-site wellness retreat valued at $200 per day. Pets are allowed with pre-approval by the owner for one pet weighing 50 pounds or less, with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Unauthorized pets will incur a $1,000 fine.

Quiet time is observed after 9pm, and no parties or events are allowed. Smoking is prohibited within the building and must be done 40 feet away outside of any courtyard. Unauthorized pets will incur a $1,000 fine, and there is a $50 fee for any furniture not returned to its original location upon check-out. Check-out time is 12pm sharp. All guests are required to complete a guest screening and identity verification prior to check-in. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the booking platform. Guests can receive packages but do not have access to the mailbox; contact us for a forwarding address.
The condo is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and a comfortable set-up for working from home. A laptop computer is not included.
