Step into this light and airy beach bungalow and feel right at home! This tranquil oasis provides the perfect setting to relax with family or friends, with easy access to the best of Ocean Beach.
This home has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. The main house includes a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need, from cookware to coffee makers, coffee/tea, water kettle, and barbecue utensils. The back studio kitchenette also has essentials. Enjoy the sizable backyard, which is large enough for a full dining area, a fire pit, barbecue, sitting corner, and space to spare. A washer and dryer are in the unit.
One free parking spot is available, and street parking is available, but tight on the weekends and evenings. A second parking spot can be purchased if needed. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay.
The historic neighborhood of Ocean Beach is famous for its laid-back atmosphere and strong sense of community. Walkability to everything Ocean Beach has to offer is reminiscent of a bygone era where cars were less necessary. One can surf in the morning, go shopping midday, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, and end the day with a fancy dinner, all without ever being more than a short walk back home. Enjoy easy access to Dog Beach, Sunset Cliffs, Robb Field Park, Dusty Rhodes, breakfast, breweries, and nightlife. Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby!
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks; fees will apply for violations. Unlawful use of this home is prohibited (illegal activities or substances, etc.).
Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available. Includes blackout curtains and desks, and the bonus of the detached studio suite for extra privacy.
