This charming home is perfect for families with pets and is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a pack ‘n play crib, beach wagon, surfboards, boogie boards, and a desk for remote work.
The bungalow offers a spacious and comfortable space with two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and optional window A/C. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, mini-split A/C, ceiling fan, closet, and an upscale en-suite bathroom. The living room boasts a cozy wraparound sofa, sound bar, and ceiling fan. The fully equipped galley kitchen comes with starter supplies for your convenience.

Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet.
Ideally located, the bungalow provides easy access to Ocean Beach’s best spots, including nearby shops, eateries, and parks. It is a quick drive to Mission Beach, the airport, and downtown. Public transportation options such as buses, Ubers, and Lyfts are readily available nearby.
The exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio for the safety and security of guests and neighbors. Decibel level monitoring and occupancy sensors are enabled at this property. Shoes must be off upon entry, and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Tampering with Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, locks, or engaging in unlawful activities is prohibited and may result in fees. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal instructions must be followed to avoid malfunctions. The back studio has a private gate and entrance, and guests are kindly asked not to disturb those guests.
For our remote workers and digital nomads, the bungalow offers blazing-fast Wi-Fi and a desk for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
