This piece of land could be utilized for many outside events, etc., expanding the usable space of this premises. This gate is not openable at present, but needs some adjustments in order to slide and hang from the overhead metal track.

FRONT INTERIOR BUILDING: Inside the front structure is a space about 750 sf in size, with a 2 ton heat pump on its roof. This has a 8 ft ceilings, a single toilet and a very small kitchen and was used as the office/apartment for this building when it was operated as a mine vehicle tire sales location several years ago. It has been vacant for some 7 years at present.

HEATING/COOLING: There is no cooling available at present in the main structure, but there are several "strip heaters" throughout the building premises. Also, all electric panels are "up to code" and fully operational at present.
