Privately sited on 8.6 acres at the end of a long driveway flanked by stone pillars, the Trophy House and its companion “Gate House,” a charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath clapboard farm house perfect for hosting overflow guests, are surrounded by an additional 131 acres, all of it protected from development by conservation easements.
