The juxtaposition of the two dining areas allows for large gatherings without extra effort and the kitchen is both beautiful and efficient with three deep windows looking due east to the water.

A covered balcony with a matching domed ceiling opens from the family room where you can enjoy the myriad of pinks as the sun rises and feel the warm golden glow as it comes over the roof at sunset.
