Starting with the massive logs imported from Canada, this gorgeous home built by custom home builder, Kissler Construction, is certainly one of the nicest homes ever built in Alaska!

This home sits on a gorgeous lot off of a quiet cove on Duff's Pond/Anderson Lake. It has incredible mountain views, is beautifully landscaped, fenced on two sides and has a full invisible dog fence all of the way around the property.

The driveway and parking area is paved and the pavement around the front door area and back porch area is heated.

There is a dog run on the property that seller is leaving but it is not yet installed.

You can taxi directly from the home to the runway or take off from the lake.

There is a very nice float plane dock, two tie downs to the right of the dock and two more tie downs alongside the road.

The 2288 square foot hangar has in-floor heat, custom cabinets, a huge upper level with lights for storage, an outlet for a winch to pick up planes and put on floats, a full bathroom and an overhead door with remote.

The attached garage is a massive 1000 square feet. It has in-floor heat and a stairway which accesses the home's huge office.

There is a 500 gallon fuel storage tank set up for fueling planes by the lake and by the hangar. The plumbing goes all of the way to the end of the fence by the lake on the right side of the home and around the far side of the hangar. The fueling system has an adjustable timer as well!

The home is wired for a generator.

The entire deck and home was stained in 2014, the entire exterior was power washed in 2015, the interior was re-chinked in 2014 and the windows were re-sealed in 2014.

The massive deck covers the entire back side of the home and wraps around the right side of the house. It has a new in 2014 6-7 person Hot Springs hot tub with built in audio, USB, etc.

There are custom tile floors on the main level, wood floors on the top level and gorgeous stamped concrete floors on the lower level.

The kitchen is absolutely amazing with granite countertops, custom cabinets and a huge island!

The master suite is incredible with a huge bedroom, granite counters in the master bathroom, double sinks, travertine tile, custom upgraded cabinets and a huge walk-in closet!

There is a very large laundry room with lots of storage.

All bedrooms have black-out blinds.

The home has a water softener and purification system.

The mother-in-law apartment is very nice with a huge living area, large kitchen, 1 large bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The mother-in-law also has stamped concrete floors and in-floor heat.

There is a very large living room upstairs and a huge family room downstairs.

The home is on a shared community well which serves 3 lots, 1 has no house on it now. This home currently shares the cost with the one neighbor. This amounts to $100 per year. The neighbor pays and provides a receipt. This home pays the neighbor directly.
