For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
